2016–17 MNZ Koper and MNZ Nova Gorica season
These are competitions that will be organised by Intercommunal Football Associations of Koper and Nova Gorica (MNZ Koper and MNZ Nova Gorica) who are two of the nine Intercommunal Football Associations that are responsible for competitions below Slovenian Third League in the Slovenian football league system.
MNZ Koper and MNZ Nova Gorica run a combined league due to insufficient number of clubs in each MNZ. However they do organise separate cup competitions.
