West Baptiste is a summer village in Alberta, Canada. It is located on the western shore of Baptiste Lake, west of Athabasca.

Demographics

In the 2011 Census, the Summer Village of West Baptiste had a population of 52 living in 28 of its 85 total dwellings, a -50% change from its 2006 population of 104. With a land area of 0.6 km2 (0.23 sq mi), it had a population density of 86.7/km2 (224.5/sq mi) in 2011.[1]

In 2006, West Baptiste had a population of 104 living in 82 dwellings, a 126.1% increase from 2001. The summer village has a land area of 0.60 km2 (0.23 sq mi) and a population density of 172.4/km2 (447/sq mi).[2]
