Topolná is a village and municipality (obec) in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 10.38 square kilometres (4.01 sq mi), and has a population of 1,585 (as at 3 July 2006).
Topolná lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north-east of Uherské Hradiště, 15 km (9 mi) south-west of Zlín, and 250 km (155 mi) south-east of Prague.
Near Topolna, there is a very powerful longwave broadcasting station, the Topolna transmitter.
