Tarnawa Wyżna [tarˈnava ˈvɨʐna] (Ukrainian: Тернава Вижня, Ternava Vyzhnia) is a former village in the administrative district of Gmina Lutowiska, within Bieszczady County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, close to the border with Ukraine.
It lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Lutowiska, 41 km (25 mi) south-east of Ustrzyki Dolne, and 120 km (75 mi) south-east of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]
