Sokołowo [sɔkɔˈwɔvɔ] (German: Falkenhorst) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Września, within Września County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) north-west of Września and 45 km (28 mi) east of the regional capital Poznań.
The village has a population of 1,007.
