Sapiehów [saˈpʲɛxuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sosnówka, within Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north of Sosnówka, 30 km (19 mi) south-east of Biała Podlaska, and 81 km (50 mi) north-east of the regional capital Lublin.
