Saint Annie is a small unincorporated community in eastern Laclede County, Missouri, United States. It is about 3 miles (4.8 km) east of Nebo. The town is on Highway U.
A post office called Saint Annie was established in 1878, and discontinued at an unknown date.[2] The community derives its name from Saint Anne, mother of the Virgin Mary.[3]
