Peru
Peru has major internet providers, Movistar and Claro. Both cable operators offer their services with no download cap.
Movistar
The Movistar network is in the digitalization process. These speeds are offered in Lima; in other departments the speeds may vary.
Due to the ADSL technology limitations, some speeds can't be contracted in some locations, because the customer premises can be too far from the telephone exchange's provider (DSLAM).

Azerbaijan
In Azerbaijan, KATV1 provides up to 100 Mbit/s downstream.[50]
Belgium
There are several cable providers in Belgium. Each has its own covered area within Belgium. For Flanders, that's Telenet; for Wallonia, that's VOO and for Brussels, that's Numericable.

In 2007 Telenet bought UPC Belgium (cable deliverer in Brussels and Leuven). Telenet holds a monopoly on the Flemish cable network, which is why prices are high and included bandwidth is low. Telenet plans to use DOCSIS 3.0 as their new standards. They will use the bandwidth to support their high definition transmissions. Mach3 is the name of this new standard, which rolled out in 2010.

Estonia
In Estonia, there are three major cable internet providers (amongst other, smaller providers): AS Starman, Elion Enterprises Limited and STV AS. Elion offers higher speeds for the same price in certain areas where the infrastructure has been improved (end-goal being that everyone will move to higher speed plans eventually) and hence both options have been outlined in the table below.
Starman currently retains its old plans for customers who don't wish to upgrade and who joined the service before 21 September 2014 (the old plans have speeds approximately half of the current speeds and with costs lower by 11%-23%, depending on the plan). Starman no longer utilises the PowerBoost technology with its new service plans.
STV applies region-based pricing and the price/speed ratio is largely dependent on the different service plans. The prices specified in the table below are only for the Saturn service plans.

Finland
In Finland, the three main ISPs for cable internet are Welho, Elisa and Sonera and there are several smaller local providers. These three largest have told of upgrades to DOCSIS 3.0 speeds as early as 2007. At least Elisa already offers 10/1M and 30/1M speeds requiring an 3.0 version modem, and provides Netgear CM232 to upgrading customers.

Approximately 40% of households in Germany are connected to the cable TV network.
Unitymedia (a subsidiary of Liberty Global, serving North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Baden-Württemberg) offers up to 400 Mbit/s down and 20 Mbit/s up. The maximum speed at Vodafone (formerly Kabel Deutschland, available in the other 13 states) has also been raised to 400 Mbit/s down and 25 Mbit/s up by June 2016 for consumer plans and 200 Mbit/s down for business plans (which are also available to consumers). 2.8 million households are connected via the third cable provider, Tele Columbus. The cable providers Kabel BW and primacom were bought up by Unitymedia and Tele Columbus respectively.

Canal Digital
Canal Digital upgraded their network in December 2011. The upgrade replaced the old Mega plan with the new Super 70 in addition to an overall reduction in prices. In August 2013, Canal Digital announced that they wanted to reduce the number of plans, and force an overall speed increase for customers.
