Lančov is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 15.08 square kilometres (5.82 sq mi), and has a population of 241 (as at 27 September 2007).
Lančov lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) west of Znojmo, 70 km (43 mi) south-west of Brno, and 163 km (101 mi) south-east of Prague.
