Jörg Schmadtke (born 16 March 1964 in Düsseldorf) is a German football coach and former player.[1] He currently works as athletic director for Bundesliga club 1. FC Köln. He played for Fortuna Düsseldorf (until 1993), SC Freiburg (1993–1997) and Bayer 04 Leverkusen (1997–98), all together 266 games in the German Bundesliga.[1]
