Gmina Ziębice is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Ząbkowice Śląskie County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Ziębice, which lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) east of Ząbkowice Śląskie, and 59 kilometres (37 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.
The gmina covers an area of 222.24 square kilometres (85.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 18,254 (out of which the population of Ziębice amounts to 9,234, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 9,020).
