Gmina Urzędów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kraśnik County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Urzędów, which lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Kraśnik and 42 km (26 mi) south-west of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 119.06 square kilometres (46.0 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 8,905 (8,787 in 2013).
