Gmina Dąbrowa Białostocka is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Sokółka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Dąbrowa Białostocka, which lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) north of Sokółka and 61 km (38 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok.
The gmina covers an area of 263.95 square kilometres (101.9 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 12,755 (out of which the population of Dąbrowa Białostocka amounts to 6,147, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 6,608).
