He was replaced by Rahul Prasad Bhatnagar, the then Finance Commissioner & Principal Secretary Finance, Institutional Finance and Sugar industries & Cane Development Department and Addl. Resident Commissioner of U.P. in New Delhi, Government of Uttar Pradesh.[1][2][3][4][5]
