• 13 - Coventry City celebrate their 125th anniversary, they mark the event with a victory over Aldershot Town in the League Cup.^[9][10]

September:

February:

• 12 - Jordan Henderson is called up to the England Under-19 squad for the first time - for their friendly against Czech Republic Under-19.^[32]
