Zirve 2010 is the sixth studio album from Turkish singer Demet Akalın The album was released globally on 27 April 2010, by Seyhan Müzik.[1][2] The release date was officially announced as April 23, 2010, but postponed because of air travel restrictions during the volcanic eruptions of Iceland.
The album sold over 100.000 copies in a few months in Turkey, and by the official year-end listings, the album considered as the eighth successful album of 2010 in Turkey.[3][4]
Album information
Being the follow-up album of Dans Et, thus making this her first album in more than two years, Demet again worked with Bülent Seyhan, with whom she worked with ever since Banane album. The album has been split in two parts; the first ten songs are Dance Hits, the remaining six songs are Slow Hits.[5] It wasn't sure whether or not the album could hit the shelves for the planned date of release, 23 April; her birthday, since Demet was also effected by the air travel constrictions during the Eyjafjallajökull eruptions of Iceland, as she was in Germany, and was not able to fly back to Turkey. With a postponement of a few days, the album was made available on 27 April 2010.[6]
Promotion
The album was occompanied by a string of concerts given in Germany, the Netherlands, and Turkey.[7]

- Olacak Olacak (It Will Be, It Will Be) – (Although being sixth single of the album, the most successful single of the album, #2 on official chart of Turkey, #89 on European Top 100 Airplay Chart, #1 on almost every radio and TV lists. Before the releasing of video clip [before the official releasing], the album hit the #1 on a few radio lists in January 2011.)
