World Peace One (or "WP1") Foundation Inc. is a non-profit organization based in California, whose intent is to promote world peace by a multiplicity of global campaigns, programs, and activities. The resolute, and concerted, objective of all such endeavors, is to aid humanity in "ending all war". This organization originated from the producers and directors of Live Aid, Farm Aid, Live 8 and Live Earth.[1] WP1 also has organized a series of comprehensive Peace Ambassadorship Programs, targeting governments, religious groups and houses of worship, corporations, schools and universities, as well as celebrity groups, women's organizations, the sports community and world youth. The official "World Peace One Ambassador" designation is bestowed upon a who's who list of global change agents, humanitarians, and centers of global influence.
