Viktor Viktorovych Shemchuk (Ukrainian: Віктор Вікторович Шемчук) (born 4 November 1970, in Ternopil, Ukraine), is a Ukrainian politician.
In 2007 he served as a Presidential representative of Ukraine in Crimea.
