Van Tran Flat Bridge (also known as the Livingston Manor Bridge) is a wooden covered bridge that, like Bendo Bridge, crosses Willowemoc Creek. It is in the town of Rockland, in Sullivan County, New York.
It is one of 29 covered bridges in New York State.
