Un aliado en el tiempo (An ally in time) is a short film (21 minutes) written and directed by Miguel A. Reina. Released in 2008, it stars Juan Luis Orendain as a death-defying escapologist, It interweaves nine separate yet connected storylines, about the interactions among nineteen people during one day in Mexico City.
Filmmaker Carlos Carrera acted as film sponsor. The short film was an international hit and a major success with critics, and it was available on the Sundance Channel and iTunes Store.[1]
