Tosh Farrell

Tony "Tosh" Farrell is a former coach for English Premier League club, Everton F.C.. He is known for helping develop Wayne Rooney, Victor Anichebe, James Vaughan (footballer born 1988), Jack Rodwell, Jose Baxter and Ross Barkley among others.

Tosh is responsible for the Everton partnerships with Everton FC America and the Ontario Soccer Association. The "Everton Way" was also a brainchild of his, it is the first training programme readily available on the internet.

Simon Clifford, founder of Brazilian Futebol de Salão schools in England lauded him as "light years ahead of anyone else". Howard Wells, IFA Chief Executive was equally impressed with him.

Tosh was instrumental is setting up the Indian Football Association academy in Haldia, India. He is held in high regard by his peers and an invited globally by various soccer associations to present his philosophies on youth development.

In 2010 Tosh left Everton and with the aid of his business partner Ted Dipple Tosh founded Tosh Farrell Soccer in Amesbury near Boston, Massachusetts. The program focussing on individual player development proved very successful within Amesbury and the surrounding towns,with his coaching methods and philosophies being adopted by a number of organizations.

Throughout his time in the USA Tosh was frequently asked to return to the UK and present theoretical and practical sessions to the UK's largest soccer convention 'Grass root live soccer show'

In 2013 and 2014 Farrell was guest clinician at the NSCAA the worlds biggest soccer convention as well as the Scottish Football Association presenting practical coaching sessions on his methods.

In 2015 Tosh Farrell's Soccer program was sold to the famous club Seacoast United. The legendary futbol coach returned to England briefly after selling his club and was abruptly missed by his players and companions from the United States.
