Tortyra rhodoclaena is a moth of the Choreutidae family. It is known from French Guiana.
The wingspan is about 24 mm. The forewings are blackish, irrorated (speckled) metallic green with a broad rose-pink antemedian transverse fascia, narrowed towards the costa and not quite reaching it. The hindwings are blackish with an oval ochreous-yellow blotch in the disc before the middle, a submedian streak from the base to the middle, and a shorter and slenderer subdorsal streak.[2]
