Torilis japonica
Torilis japonica, the erect hedgeparsley,[1] upright hedge-parsley[2] or Japanese hedge parsley, is a plant species in the genus Torilis. A substance known as torilin can be extracted from the plant and has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of 5 alpha-reductase, the enzyme that converts testosterone to DHT.[3]
