Top Model po-russki, Cycle 3 is the third Cycle of the Russian adaptation of Tyra Banks' America's Next Top Model. The season premiered on March 25, 2012 and contained 14 aspiring contestants. The prizes this season have grew slightly. They included a brand new Ford Fiesta, a one-year modeling contract with Wilhelmina Models, a trip to a spa resort in Slovenia sponsored by Orsoten Slim, a fashion spread for Cosmopolitan magazine, and the cover of Cosmopolitan Beauty.

The international destination for this cycle was Miami, Florida. The winner of the competition was 20-year-old Tanya Kozuto from Yoshkar-Ola.

Episode Summaries

Episode 1

Original Airdate: March 25, 2012 [1][2]

The prospective models arrive at a luxurious Russian Castle, and are welcomed by host Ksenia Sobchak for the third season of Russia's Next Top Model. They enter a boot camp stage, in order to decide which fourteen girls will enter the competition as finalists. The girls are given a quick lesson by Daniel Kosenkov on proper runway etiquette and posing. They are then given dresses, and are instructed to do a runway walk with their dresses in front of the judges. One contestant, Natasha, is revealed to be the only plus size model in the competition. Most girls do fine on the runway. After the challenge is over, Ksenia calls seven girls forward - all of whom are immediately eliminated from the competition. The models settle into their respective rooms for the night.

The next day, the remaining semi-finalists are invited into a studio for their very first photo shoot, in which they pose as glamorous princesses in jeweled gowns. At the shoot, the girls are photographed by judge Inna Zobova. A handful of girls do extremely well, while a few struggle to fulfill the brief. Later, the models have a pool party, and Yana is revealed to be a transsexual woman; much to the surprise of her fellow contestants. This causes mixed emotions among the girls.

The following morning, the girls are individually interviewed by the jury. The judges deliberate on the girls' attitude and performance at the shoot, and proceed to make their final decision. The models are gathered together, and Ksenia calls six girls forward under the premise that they had made the final cut. After she is done, she reveals that the "eliminated" contestants are the real finalists, much to the dismay of the actual eliminees. Ksenia hands over the keys to the top model house, and the episode draws to an end.

Episode 2

Original Airdate: April 1, 2012 [3][4]

The models arrive to their new apartment in central Moscow, where they find various gifts waiting for them. The girls pick their beds, and begin to explore the house. Later, they begin to make phone calls to their parents and family back at home. They receive a 'Ksenia Mail', and are told to prepare for an upcoming runway lesson and challenge.

The following morning, the girls wake up to find out that Natasha had broken some boards on her bed. They also become stuck in one of the apartment elevators on their way out of the house. The models meet Inna and Danila in a gym, and are challenged to practice their runway walks on a treadmill. Dasha is revealed to be the winner of the lesson.

At the runway challenge, most of the girls do exceptionally well. Most notably Tanya, who becomes the winner of the runway challenge. On the way home, some of the girls become angry at Vera, when she pretends to be drunk, and refuses to give Anya the water bottle she was drinking from. Back at the apartment, Lera begins to cry when she is reprimanded by her mother over the phone; who does not approve of her participation in the show.

For the photo shoot, the models are driven to a snowy horse stable, where they are supervised by judge Danila Polyakov, and must pose in the freezing climate with the horses and some dogs. Some girls excel, while a couple fail to impress during their sessions. Most notably Lera, Natasha and Vera.

At panel, Lilya receives praise from the judges for her photo. Lida is complimented on her versatility, while Yana is castigated for the lack of hers. Most girls generally do well, but Lera and Vera come in for heavy criticism and ultimately land in the bottom two. Ksenia hands the last photograph to Lera, eliminating Vera from the competition.

Episode 3

After judging, the girls arrived home and majority of them were upset with Vera's elimination.

The next morning, the girls met Inna Zobova, who gave each girl their portfolio's and took them through how it should be organized.

Then the girls arrived at their challenge and were introduced to makeup artist Savva Saveliev, and unveiled the girls challenge. The task was to quickly makeup without a mirror on their way to a nightclub were they would be judged. Dinara and Tanya were chosen as the best in the challenge. In return they received a campaign in a nightclub. With them they took Lera, Lida, Nastya and Yana.

The next morning, the girls heard a scream from the room. Entering the room, they saw Danila Polyakov shaved girl. This meant that the girls were waiting transformation. The girls went to the salon. Some of the girls were afraid for their new look. After the transformation of most of the girls were satisfied with the result, but some, like Lera, very upset.

At the next day, the girls took a black and white photo shoot where they pose in jeans and a bathing suit. They were photographed with makeup and without.

In judging the jury were pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the new girls. Photo Lilya Kotsur was recognized as the best. In the worst two-man team were Zhenya V. and Natasha. Natasha continues to surprise the jury in a bad sense of her lack of professionalism, despite the fact that she has a lot of experience as a model. The jury were very unhappy with photographer Zhenya. They could not understand what happened to her. However, the jury decided to keep Natasha in the show and Zhenya had to leave the competition.

Episode 4

Original Airdate: April 8, 2012 [7][8]

After judging the girls attending the well-known television presenter Yana Churikova together with the designer Eugenia Linovich. Girls with them began to make bracelets. During the Churikova gave them a lot of useful tips.

The next day, the girls attend a master class, which meets Vlad Lisovez. Vlad a little talk with girls on their appearance. Then the girls held a contest where the girls were divided into teams and each team showed the girl from Lisovtsu how she dressed.

Next, the girls should have been held yet another test. However, the evening of Yana was very strange to behave. It struck at the chamber, swore and wanted to go home. She herself explained that she became very emotional because of hormones. The girls tried to reassure Yana, and persuaded her to stay.

The test did take place, where the girls had to strip and pose for men in their clothing. They had to go on the catwalk between the two. The competition is won by Zhenya S.. As a reward, she received a trip to the beauty salon.

The next day the girls went photoshoot "Twelve months". Some of the girls was cold, but they tried.

In the evening the girls visited Ksenia. She wanted to know what's going on with Yana. Yana explained to her that she was uncomfortable. She also did not like the way it criticized. When Ksenia and Yana talked in private, Yana broke down and gave vent to her emotions. Ksenia calmed her, and she said that she believed in herself, and listened to all the comments, which she expressed. Then the rest of the girls Ksenia gave some practical advice.

In judging a photo of Anya declared the best. Lilya became worse and Ira. The jury wonder why Lilya started out as the best, but this time it was a bad picture. The jury like the new image of Ira, but the pictures of her face was dead, and she could not enter into his image. They noted that this is not the first time. Lilya stayed on the show, and Ira had to go home.

Episode 5

Original Airdate: April 15, 2012 [9][10]

After judging Dasha very upset leaving Ira, as she was her close friend.

The next day the girls went to the editor Cosmopolitan, where they met the chief editor Alya Badanina. One of the girls, Lilya, I forgot to take the beech. Testing of the girls was that they were interested in Alya and remembered her. The winner of the competition became Anya. As a reward, she received a certificate for a photo session at the academy Cosmopolitan.

In the evening Nastya very back ached when she accidentally during the contest was pinched vertebrae. She was taken to the emergency room. But, fortunately, nothing serious there, and she soon returned to the house.

The next morning was a surprise for the girls - Inna Zobova came into their house with a renowned photographer Nigel Barker. Then they held a master class, where Barker photographed the girls and examined the characteristics of each of them and helped to cope with their disabilities. The victory won in the contest Nastya. As a reward, she received a trip to the restaurant, along with Nigel. In accompanies it took Nastya Tanya. The restaurant Nigel gave them a lot of useful tips.

The next morning, the girls took photo shoot advertising shoes Centro, where the photographer was a Barker.

In the evening the girls went to visit a showman and broadcaster Alexander Revva. Along with the girls played some of the situations of life.

In judging, Nigel Barker was a special guest. In Dasha picture was the best, and worst in a pair were Lera and Yana. In Lera jury can not wake up the beautiful and confident girl, and they do not understand why she does not listen to their advice. Jury doubt that Yana wants to become a top model. But suddenly Ksenia shows them the empty picture, and announce that they both have to leave the show.

Episode 6

Original Airdate: April 22, 2012 [11][12]

The next morning after officiating Lida Mariecheva began to notice that Dinara tensions between the other girls. The girls went to the dance studio, where they met with the choreographer Eugene Papunaishvili. Together with him they did plastic movement and dance. During the master class Dinara again showed his character, and eventually she began to cry. After a while the girl went to a trendy club, where they were supposed to dance like they did in training. The best were Natasha and Lida. Natasha won, and as a reward she got a meeting with the family man. The next morning the girls went "team have", and they spent the morning exercises. Then they went to the photo shoot, where they appeared in the guise of dancers, and starred alongside men. At the photo shoot Tanya and Dasha have a good job at the photo shoot, and they were awarded a souvenir in the form of a ballet slipper. In judging the photo of Natasha recognized as the best. In the bottom two, there were Nastya and Dinara. The jury did not understand the reason for the tears when Nastya is judged and her work was not the best. They think that Nastya had lost faith in herself. The jury did not see Dinara is growing, and in addition they are unhappy with her behavior at the photo shoot. Dinara was given one last chance, and Nastya was sent home.

Episode 7

After judging the girls returned home, and suddenly it comes to Lida's young people. Lida was very glad to see him and the rest of the evening she spent with him at the restaurant. The next day after being charged with a fitness coach Oksana Yashankinoy,the girls are sent to the acting master class, where they met with Natalia Medvedeva and Alexander Gudkov. There they studied acting, portraying different emotions. Then the girls went to the museum of Bulgakov, where they had to create an image and answer a few questions on the topic of fashion, they asked Inna Zobova and leading MUZ-TV Rita Chelmakova ans Aziya. The competition is won by Zhenya S.. In the morning a few girls fever. Then the girls went to the photo shoot advertisements for slimming capsules «Orsoten Slim». In judging the best photo was Tanya. In the bottom two there were Natasha and Lilya. The jury really believe that Natasha's picture is at the good side, but she proved to be a commercial model, but not like what you want. The jury recognized that Lilya looks like a real model, but she doesn't feel like a model, and this is her main problem. Lilya once again given the chance, and she was left, and Natasha was eliminated.

Episode 8

Original Airdate: April 30, 2012 [15][16]

In this episode, the girls participated in the show of Valentin Yudashkin, auditioned for the role of the clip Timothy, met with Andrei Malakhov and were in the form of art heroines. Photo of Anya recognized as the best. But Lilya and Dinara has once again proved to be the worst in a pair. About Dinara told the judge that she had this week was a good picture, and they liked the fact that she almost learned to cope with their whims, but for weeks she had never learned to walk. Lilya of the judges said that they are once again disappointed in her work. In the end, Lilya gave another chance, and Dinara had to leave the project.

Episode 9

Original Airdate: May 7, 2012 [17][18]

The girls travel overseas to Miami, Florida. At the airport in Miami, the girls meet Inna Zobova, who sends them to a luxury hotel by the ocean. The girls celebrate their accomplishments and swim in the pool. The next day, the contestants are sent to fashion castings, for Miami fashion week. After the shows, Vlad Lisovetz invites the models for their photo shoot on a yacht. The following day, the girls take part in various runway shows at Miami fashion week. Lilya is deemed as the best after the show, and she was rewarded with a trip to a spa-salon. At judging, Lida and Zhenya land in the bottom two. Although Zhenya's photographs and sense of style are generally well received, she is ultimately eliminated for "resting on pretty".
