Tomáš Hyka[1] (born March 23, 1993) is a Czech professional ice hockey player who currently plays with Färjestad BK in the Swedish hockey league. He played with BK Mladá Boleslav in the Czech Extraliga during the 2010–11 Czech Extraliga season.[2]
In the 2011–12 NHL preseason, the Philadelphia Flyers invited Hyka to their training camp. Hyka scored a goal in his sole preseason game, before the Flyers discovered that the current Collective Bargaining Agreement did not allow Hyka to be signed by them and released him to his CHL team.
