Thore Jacobsen (born 19 April 1997) is a German footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Werder Bremen II.
Career
Jacobsen began his youth career at TSV Nahe before moving to Hamburger SV in 2009. In 2015, he moved to Werder Bremen, where he joined the second and U-19 teams, where he is most often used as a midfielder. He made his 3. Liga debut off the bench on 5 September 2015 in a 3–1 loss to Preußen Münster.[1]
