Thimister-Clermont is a municipality of Belgium. It lies in the country's Walloon Region and Province of Liege. On January 1, 2006, Thimister-Clermont had a total population of 5,296. The total area is 28.69 km² which gives a population density of 185 inhabitants per km².
The municipality consists of the following sub-municipalities: Clermont (or Clermont-sur-Berwinne), Elsaute, Froidthier, La Minerie, and Thimister. Clermont-sur-Berwinne is a member of the Les Plus Beaux Villages de Wallonie ("The Most Beautiful Villages of Wallonia") association.[2]
