Theresa Meeker (born February 6, 1986) is an American writer.

Early life and education

Theresa hails from Williamson County, Tennessee. Theresa is the youngest daughter of mother Judith Meeker, a teacher who was profiled in Time magazine issue December 2002, and Dr. William Meeker MD, an emergency physician.[1] Theresa received a BA in History from Flagler College of St. Augustine, Florida and a Master of Education in Elementary Education along with K-6 teaching certification at Vanderbilt University Peabody College of Education.[2]

Acting career

Theresa was voted one of Nashville's Best Local Actresses in the Nashville Scene Reader's Poll 2012.[3] In several interviews, Theresa has said that her favorite role was in avant-garde short film Look, which won awards in the Accolade Competition, Best Shorts Competition, California Film Awards, Honolulu Film Awards and two awards in the Los Angeles Movie Awards. Look received a 4-star review from Film Threat.[4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]

Writing career

Theresa is a writer and the owner of Theresa's Reviews. She has written numerous articles online and in print publications. She is a contributor to StudentFilmmakers Magazine.

Personal life and family

Theresa is married to Ryan Pickett and has two children.
