- Florana was a planet that the Third Doctor attempted to navigate to between Invasion of the Dinosaurs and Death to the Daleks.
- The Doctor mentions The Rosemariners, another Lost Story, released a year after The Elite.
- Nyssa has encountered the Daleks in several audio stories, including The Mutant Phase, Renaissance of the Daleks, Plague of the Daleks and The Five Companions.
- Tegan encounters the Daleks in her final television story Resurrection of the Daleks.
Notes
- Barbara Clegg wrote the 1983 TV story Enlightenment. Another of her lost stories, Point of Entry, was adapted by Big Finish in 2010.
- Ryan Sampson played Luke Rattigan in The Sontaran Stratagem / The Poison Sky.
