Sunninghill and Ascot is a civil parish in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead on the eastern borders of the English county of Berkshire.
Before 12 August 2004, the parish was known simply as Sunninghill. It covers the small towns of both Sunninghill and Ascot, including Ascot Racecourse, and the villages of Cheapside and South Ascot, as well as part of the village of North Ascot.
