Streptomyces ipomoeae

Streptomyces ipomoeae is a bacterium species from the genus of Streptomyces which has beein isolated from rot from potatoes.^[1][3][4][5] Streptomyces ipomoeae produces thaxtomin C and ipomycin.^[6][7] Streptomyces ipomoeae can cause soft rot disease on sweet potatoes.^[8][9][10]
