Stavropol Krai was meant to be one of the Participating countries and regions competing in the first Bala Turkvision Song Contest.
History
Nogais will make their début in the Bala Turkvision Song Contest at the 2015 festival, in Turkey.[1] On the same date they announced their song and artist. Later it was announced that they will participate under the name of Stavropol Krai. However, later on 3 December it was announced that they were forced to withdraw due to the current state of international relations between the Russian Federation and Turkey.[2]
