Starsem
Starsem is a European-Russian company that was created in 1996 to commercialise the Soyuz launcher. Starsem is headquartered in Évry, France (near Paris) and has the following shareholders:
- Russian Federal Space Agency (25%)
- "TsSKB-Progress" Samara Space Center (25%)
- EADS SPACE Transportation (35%)
- Arianespace (15%)
