Spencer Public Library is a historic Carnegie library located at Spencer, Owen County, Indiana. It was built in 1912, and is a one-story, three bay, American Craftsman style brick building on a raise basement. It has a low-pitched hipped roof and projecting entry bay. It was constructed with a $10,000 grant provided by the Carnegie Foundation. The building houses the Owen County Heritage & Culture Center.[2]:5

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.[1]
