Spaarnestad Photo
Spaarnestad Photo is an independent institution formerly located on the Nasssaulaan in Haarlem, in the Netherlands, whose goal is to preserve around 5 million photos.[1] It was founded in 1985.[1] In 2008, the photographic archives of Spaarnestad Photo were moved to the Nationaal Archief in The Hague.[2] The Spaarnestad Photo archives worked with the Nationaal Archief and Wikipedia to place 1000 photos on Wikimedia Commons in 2010.
