Sommariva del Bosco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) south of Turin and about 45 kilometres (28 mi) northeast of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,923 and an area of 35.6 square kilometres (13.7 sq mi).[1]
