Shortandy District (Kazakh: Шортанды ауданы) is a district of Akmola Region in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the settlement of Shortandy.[2] Population: 29,580 (2009 Census results);[3] 33,074 (1999 Census results).[3]
