Sergei Aleksandrovich Bulatov (Russian: Серге́й Александрович Булатов; born March 21, 1972) is a Russian professional football coach and a former player. He manages FC Sakhalin Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
As a player, he made his debut in the Soviet Second League in 1989 for FC Uralmash Sverdlovsk.[1]
