Seawings Venice was established in 2011 by Jet Ops Europe as a seaplane tour service based in Venice, Italy.
Jet Ops Europe was started by Roumen Draganov and Stuart Wheeler. They operate and maintain Cessna Caravan 208 Amphibian Aircraft as well as manage all related tourist services associated with the operation Seawings Venice.
Seawings LLC, a Dubai based tour operator specializing in seaplane tours, charters seaplane capacity from Jet Ops Europe and is responsible for the international sales of the chartered seaplane capacity from their base in Dubai, UAE. Seawings LLC contracts preferred re-sellers to sell the chartered sea plane capacity within Italy.

History of Seaplanes in Venice
1920 - Venice hosts the Schneider cup which was won by the Italian L. Bologna in the SIAI S.12 with an average speed of 172.561. The route covered 150 nautical miles.[2]
1921 - Venice hosts the Schneider cup for the second time and was won by the Italian G. De Briganti in the Macchi M-7bis with an average speed of 189.677. This was the first year the distance was increased to 212 nautical miles.[2]
1927 - Venice host the Schneider cup for the third time from Lido Beach. This also marks the last annual Schneider cup competition as it moved to bi-annual. Won by the Britain S.N. Webster in the Supermarine S.5 with an average speed of 453.282 [2]
2011 - Seawings Venice begins operations in Venice [1]
