Scott K. Ryan (born April 6, 1965) is the Representative for the 71st district of the Ohio House of Representatives. Ryan is a small business owner and a graduate of Granville High School.[1] He served as Licking County Treasurer before deciding to run for state representative to succeed Jay Hottinger, who was term-limited.[2] He won the Republican primary handily and defeated Ann Rader 67% to 33%.[3]
