Sasan Adibi is an expert in health informatics and Mobile Health (mHealth) and is currently a faculty member at the School of Information Technology, Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia.

Biography

Adibi received his Bachelor of Science degree in the fields of telecommunications and electronics from Amirkabir University in 1995, his first Master of Science degree in the field of data communication systems from Brunel University, Uxbridge, UK in 1999, his second Master of Science degree from University of Windsor in electrical and computer engineering in 2005, and his PhD degree in communications and information systems from University of Waterloo in 2011.[1] He is the recipient of the best PhD thesis award from the IEEE Society in 2010 and a Senior Member of IEEE.[2]

Adibi is the author of over 70 publications, including [Mobile Health - A Technology Road Map][3] and [mHealth Multidisciplinary Verticals].[4]

He is the son of late Akbar Adibi, who has been proclaimed as the father of electronics and VLSI in Iran.
