Saqib Idrees Taj
Saqib Idrees[1] belongs to a political family from Shakargarh and contested 2008 elections as independent candidate, his father Chaudhry Idrees Taj (Late) was a notable politician and Member National Assembly in Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq Cabinet, he was very famous for his speeches against the military dictatorship. Saqib's grandfather Chaudhry Abdul Rahim (Late)[2] was also Member Legislative Assembly before the independence of Pakistan in 1947 and Member National Assembly many times. Saqib is an engineer by profession and a graduate from RMIT University Melbourne Australia.
Saqib Taj is now a part of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and a member of Central Executive Committee and Vice President Youth Wing Punjab[3]
