Surfactant protein D
View/Edit Human | View/Edit Mouse |
Surfactant, pulmonary-associated protein D, also known as SFTPD or SP-D, is a protein which in humans is encoded by the SFTPD gene.[4][5]
SFTPD is an innate immune system collectin.[6][7]
Interactions
Surfactant protein D has been shown to interact with DMBT1,[8][9] and hemagglutinin of influenza A virus.[10]
