SJBIT is one among the 450 educational institutions being managed by the Trust. SJB Research Foundation (SJBRF) is a Section 25 Non-Profit Company has been launched in the campus. It is a sponsored research center to bridge the gap between academic and industrial research.

SJBIT is recognized as “Center of Excellence for Training and Research in Automation Technologies”. SJBIT in association with BOSCH REXORTH India Ltd. Offers certification courses(Industrial Oriented Training Programs) in PLC,Sensorics, Drives and Controls, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
