Roy Stuart Brown
Roy Stuart Brown (1888–?) was an American aviator, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A major in the United States Army Air Service, he was in charge of pilots' schools and experimental work during World War I. In 1919–21 he saw service in the Philippine Islands.
