Ronny Kockel (born December 16, 1975 in Räckelwitz) is a German football goalkeeper, who previously managed KFC Uerdingen with Erhan Albayrak.

Career

On January 2, 2008 Iran Pro League side Paykan F.C. signed Kockel on a 6-month contract, Kockel is the first German professional footballer in Iran.[1]

Coaching career

On 3 December 2009 became the Assistant Marketing Chef of his club KFC Uerdingen.[2] On 26 May 2012 he was named the successor of Jörg Jung as head coach alongside Erhan Albayrak.
