Roman Bondarenko (b. 14 August 1966) is a Soviet/Turkmenistani striker from Ukraine.
For most of his career he played for Torpedo Zaporizhia, later Metalurh. Bondarenko played for Turkmenistan national team at the 1998 Asian Games (Thailand). He has a twin brother Oleksandr who is also a football player.
