Roman Radikovich Akbashev (Russian: Роман Радикович Акбашев; born 1 November 1991) is a Russian football midfielder. He plays for FC Volgar Astrakhan.
He made his debut in the Russian Second Division for FC Dynamo Kirov on 4 August 2011 in a game against FC Volga Ulyanovsk.[1]
