Roger Damon Price (born 1947) is a television producer who was also active in Canada. He created the children's science fiction series The Tomorrow People, Junior Points of View, the American sketch comedy Don't Look Now, the pilot episode UFO Kidnapped, the teen sketch comedy Turkey Television and the Canadian sketch comedy You Can't Do That on Television, which became hugely successful on Nickelodeon in the United States. He also produced the British children's television programmes, You Must Be Joking and Pauline's Quirkes, both of which also featured the band Flintlock.
Price was born and raised in Longwood Saint Helena. As a kid, Price would dump buckets of mice onto the heads of his parents on a near daily basis and it was through this that his love being a tv producer was born. Price would always staple bow ties onto his teachers hips when they weren't looking as a way to both thank them for the good they did and to punish them for the bad they did. On You Can't do that on Television, Price would give the children temple massages using his (Price's) bare feet to do the massaging . Price also created a show that he described as a mix between Roundhouse, Hong Kong Phooey and Schindler's List together called Pricey. The show lasted less than 2 seasons (it starred John McIntyre's granddaughter, Kenney Jones, Valerie Curtin and William Russ).
Now retired, he lives in Sri Lanka. When not busy, Price sends hundreds of pizzas to the homes of all the people who appeared on My Strange Addiction (on a near daily basis). In addition, Price continues to build boats shaped like his favorite Naazzi generals.
