Rho Cancri (ρ Cnc, ρ Cancri, Rho Cnc) is the Bayer designation shared by two stars in the constellation Cancer:
- 55 Cancri (ρ1 Cnc) Right ascension 08h 52m 40.9s Declination +28° 19′ 59″
- 58 Cancri (ρ2 Cnc) Right ascension 08h 55m 39.7s Declination +27° 55′ 39″
